I've spent 10+ years working at the intersection of visual craft and product thinking — designing UI, building brand systems, and leading design for EdTech and AI products used by real users at scale.
Most recently at ZTO Labs (2024–2025) as Visual Design Lead, shaping visual direction across multiple products including OctoAI, AI for Vietnam, Visemi, Apero, and Vietnam AI Stars... Before that, 7+ years at Got It where I helped define the visual language for MathGPT — an AI tutoring platform that grew to 483K+ interactions and 5.17M messages exchanged.
Alongside product work, I've been a core design lead at STEAM for Vietnam Foundation since 2020 — building visual identity, website systems, and learning materials for a free STEAM education platform reaching Vietnamese youth nationwide.
I work best when design has stakes: a product that needs to earn trust, an AI experience that needs to feel human, or a brand that needs to mean something to its audience.
